Everything seems to cost more, and often seems like you're getting less!  Go to your local grocery store, the half gallon ice cream container has gone the way of T-Rex!  That 1.5 quart (or 1.75 quart if you're REALLY lucky) costs the same as the old half gallon container... but hey, what can you do?  The box of Captain Crunch that used to feed your 3.5 kids for a week now gets you 4 days, but it still costs as much!  And don't get us started on cars that costs as much as a house used to!
