Everything seems to cost more, and often seems like you're getting less! Go to your local grocery store, the half gallon ice cream container has gone the way of T-Rex! That 1.5 quart (or 1.75 quart if you're REALLY lucky) costs the same as the old half gallon container... but hey, what can you do?
