The Villas At Park Place in West Chester Ohio has a new set of homeowners as of this afternoon! Our buyers closed on their courtyard home this afternoon and will be moving in about a week! The builder is still doing a few finishing touches (that's why the garage door is up!), but the inside is absolutely fabulous!
