A lesson I wished I had learned earlier in my Career is to show homes ONLY when people were TRULY MORTGAGE READY.
No, it isn't enough to tell me that you are sure you are Mortgage Ready. First thing I need is to receive ACTUAL documentation to prove that you are really Mortgage Ready.

Dear Readers - BETH ATALAY from Clermont, FL shares her knowledge about removing odors from homes. Today we went into a home that has been vacant for three months. It smelled musty and after remarking on the smell, the Clients really didn't focus on anything else.
