Sometimes we need a reminder of just how lucky we are. Imagine - not a great result from taking a ride at night - is it?
Just like everyone who works, we have to balance self, family and work. For everyone in every job, some concerns are the same. Eating properly? Getting enough sleep? Exercising for physical fitness? Allowing time to relax? Spending the most time possible with family? Keeping in touch with friends? Meeting volunteer obligations? Maintaining the car? For us, as REALTORS, our schedules include a variety of (10 comments)
Dear Readers - Once in a while, among all the amazing posts, someone writes a truly important summation of the real estate business. Jeff Fritzson has presented the ActiveRain Community with just such a post. I am certain you will enjoy reading his work and sharing it with others. Have a safe and happy New Year's Eve - Lynn Many people do not understand what a good Realtor® does for you when selling a home whether that be in Frisco Texas, San Jose California or Tampa Florida. When you think about it what is so hard about selling a home in a seller's market? (1 comments)

"WHAT? Were is my lunch? I have my PA - I never go anywhere without my PA - but I don't have my lunch!" Thanks so much for your "on-point" message, Barbara! I remember one day, as I listened to Dr. Jerry, now 86 years old, who makes speeches for the United Way about the importance of support for the Services to the Visually Handicapped, thinking: "If he can do it, I can do it!" Dr. Jerry's large pediatric medicine practice ended abruptly when the doctor doing his eye surgery 28 years ago made a mistake leaving him blind. What does (4 comments)

His editorial, reprinted for many decades, reminds us that some things need to be said over and over again, as an example, the oft-repeated refrain - "Yes, Dear FSBO Homeowner, there really is a reason to use a Professional Realtor." What is that reason? The reason to use a professional Realtor is simple - to get the home SOLD! Statistics repeatedly establish that homeowners often get a higher (6 comments)
Georgia law is very clear. The Buyer must elect to be a Client or to be a customer when working with a Realtor(R) in Georgia. The Georgia Association of Realtors (R), known as GAR,publishes a complete set of forms and contracts and then updates those as needed. The documents cover all aspects of Real Estate in Georgia from Office Policy to Residential to Commercial and to Leasing. The GAR has a law committee which oversees the revisions as necessary. Everyone knows that the real estate market is in a very disorganized state. (2 comments)
