gls: IRES MLS in Northern Colorado Added for Auto-Broker Upload - 11/26/07 11:31 AM
Recently, we added the IRES MLS system to our automated data upload (brokers) via our partnership with ListHub.net.
In the week that followed we have had over 50 Brokers take advantage of this service and post their inventory up to the GLS for maximum exposure and Top Marketing of their listings - all free of charge with no strings attached, as always.
There have been a few 'key' changes to the ListHub.net service, namely that Brokers are no longer required to enter the 'gomyrealty' Promotional code to access the system - MyREALTY.com is now included FREE with every Broker account in … (1 comments)

Perhaps the most common commentary on the market that I am getting these days, whether online (websites, blogs, emails), print (newspapers, editorials, magazines, interviews), or in person (consultations, coaching sessions, training classes, or just business lunch); is that Inventory is UP and Buyers are DOWN.

Looks like change has been afoot for the good people over at MIBOR MLS (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of REALTORS). In the process of RETS data changes something has gone awry with the image urls that are provided to vendors like the GLS - the Global Listing Service.

gls: MLSNI Data - contact information for Agents and Brokers, UPDATE - 10/25/07 05:22 AM
Hi all,
 For MLSNI we have been seeing no data for the contact information coming across in the automated broker listing uploads, including: Agent name, phone, email, etc.
Our data partners are currently addressing this and we should see a correction in the coming days.
As a side-note: This issue was not brought into focus to the data provider(s) due to the fact that *most* other sites/portals will not display this data anyway, just the URL back to the listing.
