scary clowns: My Encounter with a Scary Clown

Imagine for a minute you are riding your bike along the serene American River Parkway, here in Sacramento. All of a sudden you come upon this character riding a skateboard. What would you think? I remember the encounter vividly! It was about 3 years ago, before the scary clown sightings of today.
