South Charlotte real estate, in general, has been hot, hot, hot all year. But there were 10 neighborhoods in 2015 (year-to-date) that were real standouts and have been named the "10 Hottest Selling South Charlotte Neighborhoods" by the South Charlotte Weekly. Obviously, to some extent sales were high in these neighborhoods because they are large enough to support a critical mass of listings and sales. Nonetheless, it's worth pointing out that sales in a number of these neighborhoods were essentially moribund during the lean years a few years ago, when other neighborhoods were selling better.
