I have been busy reading the days news about interest rates increasing and watching as there are ZERO foreclosures that hit the market in the Santa Clarita Valley over the Weekend.

As you can see - if you compare the last entry - we are on the rise with inventory - but I would throw caution to the wind and if you are a buyer looking at Short Sales - make sure your agent that is representing you and the agent representing the seller is certified as a Short Sale expert and is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.
