We are returning to "normal levels" of bank owned, real estate owned, foreclosures, short sales and other types of distressed real estate listings.
On today's real estate show, we focused on the local makets within the Santa Clarita Valley. We also talked about other 'markets'.
Addressed was the question of why it takes so long, sometimes, for the REO agent to obtain approval for any of the buyer which approach them via their own realtors.
We also spoke about the failsafes the banks have in place in relation to the foreclosures and why it's better to have your own realtor.

There are single family residences, Condo's and Town-homes. Stevenson Ranch also has Foreclosures, Regular Sales and other types of sales, including the Short Sales.
But that is not all. Stevenson Ranch is it's own city, contracting with the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department for their public safety. The Los Angeles County Fire Department for their Fire and EMS services. There are some of the best schools as well.
Today, in this "hard ecomony" it is difficult to find what is for sale and what is not. It is also difficult to search for real estate without giving up the "ghost" with regard … (0 comments)

Castaic California is located within the Santa Clarita Valley and the next city north of Valencia. With great schools and a very calm atmosphere - we have a lot of friends and family that call Castaic their home.
I have posted each and every listing that is for sale in Castaic CA - the nice thing about this map is it is interactive. You can double click with your left mouse button to zoom in closer to see more listings. You can also click on one of the balloons to see much more detailed information about the property that interests you.

If you have been wondering if there was somewhere you could look to see what properties are for sale with a map interface - look no further.
The nice thing about this map - is that you can modify the display. You can change around the bedrooms and bathroom counts and adjust the price ranges.
But at first glance - you will see every single property for sale in Acton California.
