Santa Clarita Valley is not without it's Share of Distressed properties. With B of A halting and starting again - it is a wonder we don't all need take prescription medication.

With a huge amount of Santa Clarita Valley Real Estate Resources - it is sometimes hard to get directly what you want at the time you want it.
I know when I am trying to get information about a service or product, I sometimes don't want to talk to anyone. I just want the space to do my own research. If I happen to need more detailed information, I don't want to be SOLD.

With very little in the way of Foreclosures coming onto the Real Estate Market for sale in the Santa Clarita - We are looking forward to Next Year - 'this too shall pass' as Dear old Dad used to say.
With a majority of the Real Estate market being in Short Sale configuration - we are watching as some of the major banks are putting into place, departments that only handle "short sale negotiation".

In the Santa Clarita Valley Foreclosure Venue - listings are lacking. They are trickling onto the market but at a very slow pace.
It is only a matter of time in which they will be populating the Multiple Listing Service - but we need to be patient for now.
On our Foreclosure blog platform, the great and wonderful REOengine.com - We have just posted a great article that will advise you of what just came onto the market within the Santa Clarita Foreclosure Database.
It will give you approximately 7 properties that have less that 5 days on the market.

Crystal Ball - I don't have one - but with the pure numbers of properties that have been on hold since the implementation of the TARP Plan and the Additional 90 day hold placed by the California Govenor - They have not completely gone away for our state.
In fact, a majority of them have been looming. Going No Where - but sitting vacant awaiting the hold to complete.

Foreclosure Radar is a great resource that we have available at Paris911.com. We coupled with the company after I found out how his data is obtained. From a research point of view there are none I have been able to find that match the developer of Foreclosure Radar.
We have placed this resource on our home page at Paris911.com, on the blog that you are reading, and elsewhere on the www. It works best with zip codes and not city names. Just type in the zip code and you will get a computer generated list of the types of distressed properties … (1 comments)

I like nothing more than to stop and smell coffee brewing. I love walking into a coffee house and enjoy a nice hot cup of black joe. It matters not what the temperature or time of day it is. It is all good. It is also amazing how few of us Black coffee drinkers are left.
It seems that everyone in line at a coffee house before me and after me always orders some fancy specialty drink. Something with a 1/2 twist of something or a shot of something else. Black Eyes, Red Eyes, Frappuccino's, cappuccino's, and the list continues.
