http:--Paris911.com Speaking about Search seems easier and easier than it has before. We remember when we first started in real estate back in 1998. The MLS and the properties for sale were no where as easy as they are to find today. A Large, Bound, dot matrix printout was picked up each working day from the local board of Realtors. The system was supposed to be updated by the agents as soon as properties went into back or pending. However, it requried paperwork, a phone call or an in person appointment to have the status changed within the system. A short … (3 comments)

An interactive Real Estate Search engine with the ability to change the searching parameters to just show Foreclosures, Bank Owned and Real Estate Owned - You can also have the system (very easily) just search for those properties that are categorized as Pre-Foreclosures (some have the Notice of Default filings - some do not).
