They have just changed their Blogging Platform, actually not changed it but made something much more wonderful available for the masses - give Chris a call and let him walk you through this new platform and give you an idea of what It can do for you.

There is nothing that can compete with Personal communication. One on one. When out shopping or at the Mall all you need to do is wear a sign that makes you identifiable as the Subject Matter Expert in Real Estate.
You could go the cap with a propeller on top approach, maybe with some bright LED's that are around the bill and possible a rainbow colored pony tail hainging out from the back. That would definitely get attention. However, instead of being the kind of attention I think we all as "realtors" are looking for, it might give people the wrong idea.

Real Estate search engines are pretty much the same when it comes down to it. You can get fancy ones that will show the clients properties in cute bubbles and display the listings in a more dramatic fashion. Or you can get something that resembles the Local Multiple Listing Service that us Real Estate Agents use to search for properties for our clients.To ask those that are searching for homes to register to view any of the active listings, is that something that is good or something that is bad? I don't know if you are able to really label it Good … (2 comments)

I am a pretty large fella. I can do 500 hindu squats in about 19 minutes. I can do 12 30 second repeat sprints up hill. I like to walk for 1 hour with 2 26.2 kettle bells (I have the callouses to prove it). I was LAPD for 17 years, motor cop for 13 of those and the list goes on and on. You know, I have been scared once, and remember the time place and what happened.... Macho a Macho.... (Hugs are better than drugs...)

While exchanging our old Supra keys for new ones, I was standing in line at the final station and asked the man that was programming my key the following question. "Are you or do you know anyone that is thinking about selling or buying any Real estate?" He paused, the two agents I was in between thought I was completely off of my rocker. I mean the room is filled with agents. Over 200.This is after I yelled to the entire group as they were at the first station, "may I have your attention, there is a Mercedes in the parking lot … (40 comments)
