The beaches on Long Island NY during the winter time are so peaceful. It's a great place to simply reconnect with yourself, meditate or just enjoy nature. Feng Shui LI consultant Laura Cerrano, after finishing up her personal training session headed to Long Beach NY to run along the boardwalk. it was so calm and relaxing to run and hear the sound of the gentle waves in the background.

Today I have a Personal Training Session with my client on Long Island NY. This is a special session because we have been working together for a year now...with a break of 4 months in between. She went through Chemotherapy during that time and overcame a lot of obstacles, but still has a ways to go. Huntington Village is a great mini city to check out on Long Island NY. It was originally settled in 1653 by New England Colonist. The community in Huntington NY is a huge supporter of the arts and music scene. Another great perk, is that it's not to far from Manhattan, just about 40 miles.

She was the only one walking around in shorts haha :) But, she was not the only one at the beach, suprisingly it was pretty warm. After having a Feng Shui consultation on Wall St, Ms. Cerrano strolled along the sidewalk across the street from the Twin Towers site. It's been many years in the making, but now you can see major progress in rebuilding.
Obviously the building are not as tall which in Ms. Cerrano's opinion is better. There is a humbling presence about them and the architecture that is taking place.

Laura Cerrano had an excellent New Jersey City Feng Shui consultation today. Usally she'll have to drive into Jersey to meet with her clients but, this time she took a ride on the PATH from 33rd and 6th ave in NYC to Journal Square in New Jersey City. It was about an 18 minute ride with a few stops along the way.
