Anyone with any form of connective brain tissue has seen that the way real estate used to be is over. “Times”, as they say, they are a-changin’. Correction: Times have changed!! And, if you have any hope of moving forward and being a viable part of this ‘new’ version of real estate, then it is time to reinvent yourself. Sure, you can cut expenses in order to help survive. I have never made any secret of the fact that I work for an internet lead generation company. And, having been at this company for nearly 5 years, I do believe that, when worked properly, internet leads can and will make you money. But, as with anything in life, there is no "magic pill" that will allow you to automatically be successful. This remains true for anything in life, but is especially true when discussing real estate...more specifically, internet-generated leads.

Alright....Ive had it. By the time I write this, Im going to be looking like this guy here....Why? Why? I can not for the life of me understand why only 3 of the people that I have invited to ActiveRain have accepted the invitation and built a profile. Wow...My 50th post. It seems like only yesterday that I was trying to figure out how in the world to even create an account on here...and here we are. Can someone please explain this to me..............You can only post to 5 groups. The first 5 were saved, the rest were ignored. As an AR member, you can become a member of any group you wish...as many as possible. But, when posting a blog, you can only post it in 5 groups. Why the limitation? Is it to avoid the same people seeing the same blog on multiple groups? Or is it something else? Either way, I dont get it. Any explaination would be appreciated. Thanks!
