If you have been involved in social media for any length of time at all, you have heard about Klout. Klout is an online 'yard stick' designed to measure the "influence" you have on your social media network. In other words, how big of a splash you make when you toss a rock into the social media mud puddle.

I love being a dad!
Quite frankly, there is nothing more soothing than one of my kids cuddling on my lap or giving me a hug; nothing more exciting than seeing them do something for the first time...or the 100th; nothing that makes me feel more loved than their willingness to share their experiences with me at the top of their lungs.
It is the greatest thing ever.
And this is my anthem...

I had written a post about the value of entertainment in real estate video. While I think video should be of fairly decent quality so that the consumer can judge the attributes of the home, the product doesn't have to look like it was produced by Steven Spielberg.
