After four months of waiting, planning, and negotiating, the "Jones" family finally had their new home orientation today. It was truly a joyful experience! With all the deliberations and selections made, Mr. and Mrs. Jones learned about every single piece of mechanical equipment, examined the walls for areas needing touch-up, and listened attentively as the site foreman acquainted them with all the functional and decorative elements of their home. There were no more landscaping questions to answer. Nor were they any concerns about the installation of ceiling fans. Nothing was left to be done.
