What is the ROI on a $2,000 ad campaign?
Every quarter, a greeting card is designed plus I offer something of value to past and present clients. The most recent mailer was an invitation to the St. George Area Parade of Homes for two complimentary tickets.
All cards are personally created, printed locally, signed on the inside of the piece and hand addressed. Though it takes several days, it is well worth the time taken to do something special for clients.

The phrase 'right side up' applies positivity to many situations in every day life. There's 'sunny side up' eggs, to 'onward & upward' and if lucky, when dropped, the toast ends, 'buttered side up'!

From the first point of contact with potential clients, asking very specific questions prior to showing properties, then listening helps to qualify. Ensuring a price point is pertinent before setting out to different communities to gain a feel for each area.
Agreeing on similar ground is necessary once they discover a potential home sweet home in a desirable neighborhood. The spirit of cooperation and negotiation comes into play for all parties to get to the closing table, achieving the goals set forth.

A real estate agent showed homes to potential buyers. They found one that suited their wants and needs. An offer was written and with some negotiation, accepted by the sellers.
Buyers and sellers are under contract. Due diligence begins with buyers renegotiating the contract due to a few necessary repairs. Once again, the transaction moves forward.
In the meantime, the loan for the home buyers is in underwriting. The appraisal went well. The due diligence deadline passes and the only contingency now is final loan approval.

Service to others fills a need and puts smiles on faces!
From the time our boys were old enough to walk, I took them with me when volunteering time to others in an effort teach them that some things do not come with a price attached. Doing for others, for me, fills my heart and brings an inner peaceful feeling when I see the smiles on people's faces.
We have volunteered:

This Wanda woman is no longer Wonder Woman.
Many of you know by now that our family was just recently blessed with our first grandbaby. Gpa and I were extremely excited to welcome him into the world. No sleep, spending all night at the hospital during the birth process took every bit of energy I had but I still pressed on the next day for business sake.
Ruger DeBry was born at 6:11 a.m. and I barely had time to run home, freshen up and get on with the busy Saturday ahead.
