The Washington DC Housing market made solid gains in 2013, according to data from Real Estate Business Intelligence, a subsidiary of the Multiple Listing Service MRIS.
According to the data, Home sold and homes for sale were up as was the median home sales price. Eventhough the federal government shutdown in October, 2013 was still a better year than 2012.
