Some of you know my 22 year old son was killed in a car accident the first of September. It has been a difficult time for our family. There are more and more people out looking for horse property these days. I think we had about 50 leads come in off of our website last month. Of course most of them go into the pipeline. I am seeing more cash buyers out there too. We seem to attract cash buyers. It is amazing what horse property is going for nowdays. If you are looking for affordable Gilbert Horse Property, it doesn't get any better than this! I just sold a 2 acre 2200 sq ft home that was remodeled, had a diving pool and an insane shop. I think the shop itself had to be over 3, 000 sf. All of this for $310,000. Folks there are deals out there! There is another Gilbert, Arizona Horse Property on the same street listed for $165,000.
