Once upon a time, in a land not so far away, the King decided to buy the Queen a new and bigger Castle. But first, since tax collections were slow, the old Castle had to be sold.
The King summoned the Vice-King of the Castle. "Find the best sales person in all the kingdom", he demanded. The Vice-King scoured the kingdom and summoned Cleo & Patrick Realty to task.
Now, Cleo & Patrick dutifully sent messengers throughout the land to post bills announcing the sale.
The Vice-King reported to the King, "30 days hence, Sire, in the courtyard of the palace, all possible buyers will assemble."
On the evening of the 28th day, the King held a grand party declaring, "The sale of the Castle is imminent and my lovely Queen will be forever indebted. She shall have a bigger and better Castle in just 2 days hence."
On the 30th day the possible buyers assembled, viewed the Castle and retreated with their bags of gold in hand.
All was not well in the Kingdom. The King summoned his Vice-King to deal with Cleo & Patrick.
OFF WITH THEIR HEADS AND FIND ME ANOTHER!
"Yes Sire". And the Vice-King of the Castle, called upon Bonaparte Realty
and they dutifully sent messengers throughout the land to post bills announcing the sale.

The Castle Home Staging Company worked quickly and efficiently.
Bonaparte sent a messenger to the King. "In three days hence, you must return, for the Castle is sold".
All was well In the Kingdom again. The King and his Queen were happy thereafter and Bonaparte never sold another Castle without The Castle Home Staging Company.
