Tony- Chase used to be our dream short sale lender until they took on WAMUs systems! It has been horrid since that implementation. Every file there has to be escalated to executives.

Same here on Ken Lewis, his office was wonderful for us, his admin was excellent.

That is the funniest thing I have ever seen. It seems like I have experieced the same thing over and over. I loved the comment about the font. I had a servicer say they could not accept the financial form because it did not have the lender's logo on the top.

I am meeting with a seller today and I am definitely taking this video with me. Her question to me was, could you just get me the right phone number to call. And my answer is....

The sellers get a kick out of this video. Great to share it with them so they see that this is not that you can't get the file through! When they tell me the horror of doing a loan mod, I tell them, that is just the same with the short sale. Then they get it!

One thing that would truly help BOA is for REALTORS® who don't have a clue about short sales trying to do them anyway, and clogging the system. It only hurst the REALTORS® who are serious about rescuing people from foreclosure to get the job done. I hear REALTORS® tell me about them yelling at loss mitigators about not getting back to them to approve one of the 7 offers they sent in. This cuts both ways.

Joe- I so agree and that is why I write about both ways! Agents who are rude and mean to the customer service reps will get no where except their file getting lost in a deep bottomless pit. It is fun to have fun and a laugh though. I do know both sides and I am opposed to agents doing short sales who don't have a clue.

That is very funny....and way too true. My favorite is BofA asking every caller to take their "survey" at the conclusion of the call. Well, let me see...they tell you what you want to hear. Of course, that doesn't make it true...but it makes for a good customer survey until you realize "the real story".
