• 96  re-sale homes were for sale,as compared to 56 for the same time period in 2009.  
• 29 pending sales & back-ups went into escrow, up slightly from 27 in 2009  
• 23 homes closed in July, one more than prior 2009. 
• Average selling price in Brea was $544,200 price per sq. ft. $243.05 
• Average 2009 sales price was $556,600, $248.76 sq. ft. and 61 days on market.
• Average days on the market was 63 compared to 61 same time last year.

Condo Sales:

• 20 condos/townhomes are  for sale in Brea, compared to 10 a year ago. 
• 15 were reported to be pending and or backup position, compared to 4 in 2009. 
• 4  condos closed escrow in July compared to 6 last year. 
• Average closed condo prices was $303,400 with a price per sqare feet of $229, compared to $305,000 and $255.67 a square foot, 20 days on market in 2009.
• Average days on market was 75 compared to 73 in 2009.

Brea is located in northern Orange, Co. CA and is adjacent to Los Angeles county to the north/west  and San Bernardino Co. to the north/east.
