Hi Peyman,

How could a mortgage guy like me use this to either market myself, or own the system and market real estate agents as a tool?

Your best advocate when buying or selling your hom

You know, I respectfully suggest that the process is not as awful as you suggest.  Of course, you need it to be insurmountable so you can sell your software.   Template-based websites are almost as bad.  Unique sites with unique content rank higher.  When one company promises too much I tend to just say "sure".  And your video doesn't answer the question you posted about adding a new domain for that expensive listing or adding SEO.  Best of luck.

Peyman - I LOVE the new website. It is so flexible - there are so many things you can do to the front page that there is no reason that anyone could tell it's a template. Basically, it's a platform for building your own custom site without being a web designer. Several of my pages are already indexed, and have shown up on Google search. I am in the process of setting up a page for each of my neighborhoods as well. Have a couple of glitches with my map search, but your technical support has been right on top of it and keeping me updated. Great job!

Sheri - Thanks for your review.  Can you post a link to your website?

It would be great to see agents who use this product post some detailed reviews.  I currently use a different template solution for my website and CMS.  I would be interested in seeing how their websites & CMS system work compared with the other solutions out there for real estate agents.

Anyone use their "Free" IDX?  I was paying $35/month through Top Producer to have the IDX search ability on my website (plus a $100 setup fee, plus a large fee to import the data).  I wasn't happy with the capabilities of the property search features through TopProducer IDX, and am now going to integrate the solution my MLS offers through MLXchange into my existing website - less money & better searches for my clients.  I wonder if RealtySoft can do a better job for less money and integrate everything...

Scott - Sure! It's www.mygeorgetowntxhomes.com Keep in mind I've just started my customization - still have lots to do! But I'm getting there :) My board also uses MLXchange, which is an "OK" search, just not as dynamic as Realtysoft's. One thing I will be interested to see is the lead generation tool. It is really a full CRM package with contact database, etc. I really don't work for these guys, just did a lot of searching around, have used several different sites such as #1 expert and z57, and like Realtysoft's product and price the best. On the negative side, they started promising the uprgrade earlier this year and we didn't get it until last month. BUT, I would rather wait for a product with fewer bugs, than have something released that didn't work.... ;) Hope this helps!

Firstly I really like my RealtySoft website..........easy to edit, update etc etc.  However today I received a letter from Getty Images Legal Department demanding that I pay them $1200 for the use of two images on the Buyer's Mortgage Caculator page that infringe their copyright.  These are stock images used by RealtySoft that I haven't edited.  I have explained this to Getty Images but apparantly as my name heads the website they are suing ME for copyright infringement.  I am hoping to discuss this matter with RealtySoft tomorrow in the hope that they have some license to use the 'offending' thumbnail images.

I will update this post...........with hopefully a successful resolution

Mahesh -> Thanks for the feedback. I am working on a new post which explains the website features in detail. It will be posted on ActiveRain shortly.

Bob -> We have tried to make our template based solution as customizable as possible. The idea is to enable you to make changes to your website on the fly with ease. We allow you to generate "Single Property"  and "Neighborhood" websites (Niche Sites) which would rank well on the search engines. Our IDX solution is fully index-able which results in better ranking on the search engines. As an example you can generate a page that is focused on Fort Myers FL Horse Properties and display listings in Fort Myers which have the keyword HORSE as part of their remarks or features. The same is true for foreclosures or short sales, etc.

Sheri -> I couldn't have said it any better "It is so flexible - there are so many things you can do to the front page that there is no reason that anyone could tell it's a template. Basically, it's a platform for building your own custom site without being a web designer. Several of my pages are already indexed, and have shown up on Google search." Can I use this as a quote on our website? :) Thanks for all your support.

Scott -> Try our ProIDX solution. It comes with a fully featured CRM and drip marketing campaigns, your clients can save, share and compare listings and you will be notified of their activities using the CRM solution it also ranks well on the search engines since its not an iframe. You can use it on your existing website and create a sub domain such as http://search.yourdomain.com

Caroline -> All website images are licensed images. The problem is we buy our stock photos from multiple sources and we buy lots of them. Getty is asking us (and many other companies) to go over each and every source we have purchased the images from and find the one photo they have listed. They have done this to many other companies and it's illegal. It's just a gimmick to make money. Please check out this website for more information about this gimmick: http://extortionletterinfo.com/

I like it, and I bought it, but I'm not super impressed. The site's servers lag, and they are still working out all the kinks, but the support staff is great and answers my questions pretty quickly. Worth what you pay, but eventually I will just build my own site.

Looks very interesting. I've been casually looking for a replacement for my current website. I'm currently using z57 with mixed (read little) results. I need something a bit easier to maintain and more social network friendly. I may give this a look. Thanks for sharing.

I'm going thru the trial period, it seems too simple with everything i'm looking for but some negative comments have put me on the fence. Do they require yearly commitments?
