DIFFERENT AS NIGHT AND DAY! STAGING APTS ENHANCES RENTER APPEAL!

iT'S THE DIFFERENCE between night and day in this apt between vacant and NOW STAGED.

A prospective tenant just walked through THIS APT and upon arriving at the bedroom ecitedly exclaimed,

"Oh, this is so pretty," and I have to agree with her!

Beverly--It is so hard to imagine the scale of the rooms when they are empty. Just freshening the place up and place some furniture helps tremendously. The kitchen looks so much better.

Staging works, slows people down and helps make an emotional connection.

When the apt was empty several times, people would walk right through and then ask where the bedroom was?! It still surprises how much more appealing a staged apt is. No one asks where the bedroom is now, It is obvious!

Beverly ~ It's true, apartments and rental homes need staging too, so that potential tenants can see themselves living there. The vacant "before" photos just show a boring, empty shell ... now you can see a "home."
