A Canadian group is trying to make UBB a 2011 Federal Election Issues - 1785+ % Monthly Increase Under Internet Usage Based Billing

With a 25GB cap on usage, here in Ontario, how long will it be before real estate practitioners, and other web based marketers, see a drastic drop in the effectiveness of their web based marketing?

Usage caps could be a damper on everything internet based. They say everything comes full circle, wonder if this is the beginning?

Barrie - Bell has resubmitted their proposal to the CRTC so that resellers don't get billed at the user account level but at the overall usage of all customers of the reseller.  We will see how the CRTC rules and if the next government overrules the CRTC.
