Tonight I took a little drive in a neighborhood just south of the Marana City Limits line along Silverbell, which runs parallel between the Tucson Mountains and I-10.
I came across Sunset Acres II. The 42 home parcels are larger here and the houses have plenty of space between them, with sweeping front landscaping.
Mountain views are in both directions, for many are perched on a hill to maximize views of both the Catalina Mountains, and the Tucson Mountains to the West.
