The Garden Party at 4004 Old Crain Highway Was A Huge Success

By

Yes the Garden Party at 4004 Old Crain Highway was a huge success. Not only did the weather hold out as the weather forcast was showers that day but around 40 agents showed up to see the home and partake in the Garden Party. And we even had a Buyer attend.

4004 Old Crain Highway in Upper Marlboro

I am sure the spectacular property was a drawing card for all the agents but without the marketing I did to attract the agents no one would have showed. So what did I do to draw such a great crowd?

  • I sent personal invitations to 50 agents who either, sold historic properties, sold million dollar listings or are Top Producers for the area
  • We hand delivered flyers to all surrounding real estate offices.
  • I blogged about the party, then blogged again and then again. Blogging works in getting the word out
  • I spread the word via email
  • I put out signs the day of the open

It was the perfect way to show off this magnificent home.

Hi Martha,  I'm so glad your event was a hit.  It is so frustrating to go to all the work and have a lousy turnout.  Your marketing efforts prevailed.  Yippee.

OMG. I am so embarrassed. I had every intention of taking the drive, but I had one of those settlements that did not go to plan. Please forgive me and thanks for the invite.
