San Diego Mission Valley Condos For Sale Enjoy the hassle-free condominium lifestyle from the central location of Mission Valley! Everything that beautiful San Diego has to offer is right at the doorstep of your condominium at Park Villas North. Units range in size from 506 to 1,056 square feet, and bedroom/bathroom floor plans include 0/1, 1/1, and 2/2. The 0/1 studios make great overnight homes for pilots, flight attendants, and other people, such as consultants, who have to travel a lot to San Diego or have regular layovers here. This is one of the oldest condomonium communities in Mission Valley, so you can find bargain units that need to be fixed up and completed renovated units that usually go for higher than the list price due to multiple offers and demand. A check with the FHA on June 21, 2011, indicates that Park Villas North is FHA approved, but approval expires August 31, 2011. Amenities at Park Villas North include swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, clubhouse, and great landscaping with fountains. This is a wonderful place to live, and since these make excellent starter homes, there is usually quite a lot of real estate action in Park Villas North. HOA fees range from about $185 to $312 per month and include common area maintenance, exterior building and roof maintenance, landscaping, water (including hot water), sewer, trash pickup, and limited insurance. Some units claim that cable/TV service is included in the HOA fees. Park Villas North is easily accessible to Qualcomm Stadium, the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, several San Diego Trolley stations, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego. Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles. Howerton is the property management company for Park Villas North. Contact them at 858-569-1793. A check with the FHA on June 21, 2011, indicates that apaproval for Kensington Park Villas was due to expire on August 31, 2011. No word yet on whether or not it was renewed. Rebecca - There is one community in my 39 where the pool is about the size of a bathtub. Maybe a little bigger, but it definitely is the smalles swimming pool I've ever seen.
