Sorry I have not blogged in the past few days, but I have been down and could not.  I am new to the blogging game and could use some suggestions in getting out my bloggs.  For example, I am not having to many people respond to me,  My real estate co-hart is way ahead of me in the "numbers game", so I must be doing something wrong!!  Check out our web site--baconbaysden.com.

Phil, to gte your blog more exposure, post it to multiple groups where it is relevant.  There are so many great things to write about.  The other day I Blogged about our Toys for Tots campaign.  Didn't get any responses but it gets the word out.  I have gotten quite a bit of comments when asking for advice or information dealing with RE.  Good luck with it.

Hey Phil, hang in there and I wouldnt worry too much about the numbers.  I'll admit that I did at first, because like you I saw that just about everybody had more points than me.  I've since developed my own  self-scoring sytem that keeps me ahead of the pack with little effort.  If I have a bad day, I'm feeling down, dont have time to blog, whatever - I just tack on a million or so points to my profile to give my spirits a lift.  Not only do I feel better afterwards - but I can sense the awe and admiration of fellow members of the AR community.

Baysden--you are quite the BS'er so you ought to be able to make blogging work for you. (LOL)  The more you do it the more you learn and you just get better and better at it.  Having said that--you know I can't let you beat me in the numbers game!!!

Phil,

We all have to serve somebody.

Make your blogs interesting, with pics and stuff.  Ask some questions in your blog, to get a dialogue going.  Respond back to those who have responded to your blog.  What goes around comes around.  Never mind the points, they will accumulate on their own.

Phil,

Ive only been blogging for about 6 months or so...and the one thing that I can assure you will lead to more comments...COMMENT.  Get your name out there and network with people.  Subscribe to other's blogs...they will reciprocate.  And, as your blogs get better and better, the points will just pile on.  Dont sweat the points.  Be original.  Be thought-provoking.  Be concise.  And more importantly...DONT be your competition...Be you!
