I seem to hear that a lot these days.
This real estate market we're in presents us with issues we could never have dreamed of just a few years ago. A lot of times I end my day just scratching my head wondering what tomorrow will bring with this or that transaction.
Yet as challenged as we might feel by what we face each day, communicating with each other helps generate ideas on how to handle certain situations, how to grow our business, and how to better serve our customers and clients. It provides support and reminds us that we are certainly not alone in our frustrations. And this communication can happen within our offices but also with our co-brokes.
But the key here is to be a team player -- from top producer on down. Follow the same set of rules as everyone else. Provide the same support to others that they provide to you. Respect others the way you want to be respected.
Follow the Golden Rule -- not just in real estate, but in everyday life.
