Can you Put A Caption On These Photos???

A few weeks back I was helping some investor-clients of mine find some promising fix-and-flip opportunities.

You never really know what you'll find in some of the properties, and a sense of humor when purchasing distressed and/or low-priced properties is a MUST!

Here's what we came across when walking through one home ... look closely...

Hi Peg - no, it was a regular door way that they "plastered into" the wall, instead of taking out and replacing with sheet rock!

Gab- you've shared some awesome photos of "sights" here in Tucson.

Jane - this home had so many offers that my clients didn't even get close!!

Juli - this home was finished to home perhaps 6 different families...with separate entries and extra bathroom facilities...very, very interesting...
