LATE BREAKING NEWS! They've started without us!!! The Shaker Run Golf Community is having a TWO DAY yardsale! They started at 9 a.m. this morning and running through 3 p.m. this afternoon, and Round 2 is Saturday from 9-3 also!

Located in Turtlecreek Township so no Lebanon city tax, although you do have Lebanon schools. Shaker Run is an award winning golf course too, and Armco Park is just around the corner with another golf course, fishing lake, ball fields and more.

Jason, HUUUUUUGE events when you get them. Our seller in the neighborhood said lots of traffic today and hoped for a showing out of it. Within 1/2 hour a showing appointment was set for tomorrow. Perhaps coincidence, perhaps not.

Anita, We like that kind of advertising. Those drive-bys mean they've seen the neighborhood and like it enough to request a showing rather than some random MLS pull where they may like the home, but don't know the neighborhood flavor and location.

Dan, You just never know what you'll find out there. Haven't been yard saling in a long time, but when we first got married we picked up some furniture and odds and ends. Up in Rhode Island we found a few items we still have 25 years later.
