Tuftonboro’s Residential listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 40.98% when compared to last year’s 2nd quarter stats.  There are currently one hundred twelve residential homes available for purchase in the Lakes Region community of Tuftonboro, nineteen offer water frontage and/or water access; five condominium units and three commercial properties.  2nd quarter sales volume reports a 5% increase over last year, with an increase in the average sales price by 64%.  Pending sales reflect a market decrease of 17.6% or three units.

Tuftonboro’s Vacant Land listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 4.6% when compared to last year’s 2nd quarter stats.  There are currently fifty-five vacant land parcels available for purchase in Tuftonboro.  2nd quarter sales report four parcels that resulted in a successful transfer, equal with last year’s sales.  Pending sales are down by 17.64% with fourteen lots under contract.
