Tuftonboro’s Residential listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 40.98% when compared to last year’s 2^nd quarter stats.  There are currently one hundred twelve residential homes available for purchase in the Lakes Region community of Tuftonboro, nineteen offer water frontage and/or water access; five condominium units and three commercial properties.  2^nd quarter sales volume reports a 5% increase over last year, with an increase in the average sales price by 64%.  Pending sales reflect a market decrease of 17.6% or three units.

Tuftonboro’s Vacant Land listing data reflects an increase in market inventory by 4.6% when compared to last year’s 2^nd quarter stats.  There are currently fifty-five vacant land parcels available for purchase in Tuftonboro.  2^nd quarter sales report four parcels that resulted in a successful transfer, equal with last year’s sales.  Pending sales are down by 17.64% with fourteen lots under contract.
