According to Forbes Magazine and other National News Sites, The Real Estate Market has Turned a Corner! US Home Values Post First Annual Increase in Nearly FIVE Years! Interest Rates have hit a new low!
The Real Estate Market has been steady in most of the North Carolina Triangle Area which includes Raleigh, Cary, Durham, Chapel Hill, Apex, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Wake Forest and surrounding areas. This doesn't mean it's a sellers market. There are still sellers who will take a loss. However, It is Great News for homeowners, homesellers and homebuyers as our investments are a bit more solid than they've been in much of the past 5 years.
With this Great News, it's time for Realtor's to get their business in line and prepare for a stronger market. For me, this includes adding NEW Designations such as Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and NEW Branding to be followed by a New Website and More!
