You're invited to attend a Southern California CRS, Certified Residential Specialists Meet-Up in beautiful Palm Desert, CA.
The date is next Thursday, October 25, at Sammy's Woodfired Pizza Grill at 73-595 El Paseo, it's in the "Gardens on El Paseo" in the heart of the Palm Desert shopping area!
The event is sponsored by the Southen California Chapter of CRS = Certified Residential Specialists! 
If you're a REALTOR you're invited to attend the FREE event and it's not required that you have the CRS designation, you can join us to network and learn more about the benefits of becoming a CRS yourself. You will also see why the SoCal CRS Chapter was voted nationally as the 2011 Chapter of the Year, lead by none other than Active Rainer himself, then President Jeff Dowler.
You will be hosted the the SoCal CRS Chapter regions of the Desert area and Orange County. Be our guest for a complimentary beverage along with wonderful appetizers under the starts in the beautiful Southern California desert! We've also got an event page on Facebook.

The meet-up is also being held in conjunction with the CRS 206 Technology Class in Palm Desert (scroll down to bottom of pate) next week, October 25th & 26th. This 2-day class has been offered by our local chapter at a reduced price of $199. This class is normally $299 to $325! There are still a few openings for those interested and will well worth the time and investment. I'm taking it myself for second time.
