It’s November 2012 and there will be lots of fun things to see and do in St. George, UT. This month’s events include several Thanksgiving celebrations, triathlons and runs. I have found a few that are great for the whole family to enjoy. So, don’t miss these opportunities to get out and have some fun this month.
St. George November Events:
√ Turkey & Tuff Kids Triathlon: This event is a popular event for many families with children. Event includes an adult beginner event of 200 yard swim, 5 mile bike and a 1.5 mile run. Advanced adults event includes a 400 yard swim, 10 mile bike and a 5K run. Kids beginner events include a 50 yard swim, 1 mile bike and ½ mile run. Advanced kids events include a 100 yard swim, 2 mile bike, and ¾ mile run.

Price: $40 Adults, $15 Kids, $65 Teams
√ Color Me Rad 5K Run – This extremely colorful run is another popular event that many Southern Utah runners look forward to. The race will begin with white-clad participants who will wind through Old St. George Airport as they get bombarded with color throughout the race. By the end, they will look like a tie-dyed hippie with colors from head to toe of purple, blue, pink, yellow, and green. Part of the proceeds will go to benefit Habitat for Humanity of Southwest Utah.
