Acknowledge your Accomplishments by Feng Shui LI
As adults we tend to forget all we have accomplished, weather that be from day to day, month to month or even for the whole year. Take a moment today or sometime this week to recognize all the positive work you have accomplished to better yourself on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Give yourself a pat on the back, life is one big giant school of learning so every test you past, no matter how big or small, really is a huge accomplishment.
I recently received a email from a client whom I worked with last summer and he said "I didn't realize until recently that what I wanted to change, for the most did. I'm feeling inspired!" Understand, not everything will transform at once, it's a continuous process but the fact that he recognized and acknowledged the great work he has done to get to this point in his life is amazing.
He is becoming aware.
