Northwoods at Avery Ranch!
Opened in 2013, Northwoods at Avery Ranch is one of the best located new home communities in Austin. Northwoods is just northeast of the intersection of 183 and Toll Road 45.
Several top Austin builders are involved in the project and each one has different sections with different types of homes. On 182 tree-covered 
acres, these five builders are offering some of the most unique, green homes to hit Austin in a long time.
The Estates at Northwoods, built by Drees Custom Homes, offer the largest homes in Northwoods - up to 4790 sf on 70' lots.
The Manors at Northwoods offer 60' lots and medium-sized homes in the $300's. Standard Pacific will build 74 homes in this section ranging up to 3500 sf.
The Heights at Northwoods will be split between two builders, Scott Felder Homes and David Weekley Homes. Both builders will offer homes on 50' 
lots up to 3000+ sf and priced in the $300's to start.
The Cottages at Northwoods are a condo option built by Grand Haven Homes. These are smaller homes (1330-1760 sf) with single car garages and are the most affordable in Northwoods (low to mid $200's).
The Northwoods at Avery Ranch amenity center is under construction and should be completed sometime in 2014. 
There are plenty of greenspaces about, and Lakeline Mall and the surrounding shopping and dining areas are located within 5 minutes of the neighborhood.
Residents of the Northwoods at Avery Ranch attend Purple Sage Elementary, Grisham Middle School and McNeil High School.
