It's All About Them
I have the best client's in the world, I'm sure a lot of Realtor's say that but I do and the sale or purchase of a home is all about them!!
Over the years I've helped many people buy and sell their homes and some of my client's have become very close friends.
Statistics show that for every home sold 2 jobs are created in the community. Perhaps today, that is more like 2 jobs are saved or 1 job is saved and 1 job is created, however you mix it up selling homes stabilizes communities and stabilizes families. Children whose parents are home owners perform better on standardized testing and in school.
I treat my business like a "Field of Dreams" , it's not about the money, it's about the people. It's about the lives I touch every day and about making their lives just a little bit better through home ownership.
But sometimes things get in the way of home ownership, sometimes bad things happen to good people and I'm there to help those folks too through referring them for a Loan Modification or a short sale if necessary. Again, it's all about the client's need and each client has their own set of needs and wants.
I firmly believe that if you treat someone right and you do your absolute best for them, they will refer their friends and family to you when it comes time for them to purchase a home too. That's why it really is all about them!!
