Now Pre-Selling Section 10 in Silver Ranch

We have 25 lots in Section 10, and we are pre-selling now for June construction and 4th Quarter delivery. We have already sold 3 of our lots so we only have 23 opportunities left in Silver Ranch. Yolanda, People better jump on these lots as they will not find cheaper new homes in the other available areas where inventory is also tight. Resale inventory has increased but at the higher price points. I am Sitting on the patio as our dog is sunny herself!! she loves to be outside...
