Ringing & Singing with Diana Dahlberg - Kenosha WI
Debbie Reynolds has given us a challenge to call three Rainers, and had read some great posts by Diana Dahlberg from Kenosha WI, and wanted to hear her voice today! I felt lucky to chat as they were heading out to a wake for their brother in-law that just passed with cancer.
Before calling I read her profile, which was very interesting to get a good background for a conversation. Her and her husband own 1 Month Realty and has since 1994. She is the top producer and has been for the last eleven years. Their philosophy is to give their clients over the top service at a discounted price. Her top year she closed 167 properties. She had everyone in place to make this possible. Since the downturn, they are still doing a good business, just not as many per month. She still works very long hours to make the business work!
1. How is your business? It is going good, not as good as it was in those glory years. 14-25/month back then, and now 1- 3 transactions per month. Business is picking up as they have had a fairly mild winter so far.
2. What do you have to accomplish in your business in 2016? TO GET ORGANIZED! They are working from home, and need to accomplish this both in business and personal. We talked at length about a good CRM and looking for the right CRM for them. Good luck Diana, hope you find it soon!
3. What do you hope to achieve through ActiveRain in 2016? She plans to blog more, but right now she makes her comments, comments on the comments and before she knows two hours have passed, and she never wrote a blog. (Think we can all relate to that!) She says right now there have been too many interruptions, but hopes this changes this year.
Diana works Kenosha, Racine and some of Milwaukee, so if you have a referral, do not hesitate to call her. The average sales price is $175,000 to $250,000 but they do have million dollar listings, just fewer of them.
