Michael, best in securing a lease promptly.  Nice touch with the floor plan.  I used to live in Lake Tahoe before here.  Been here 8 years now and pricing such as this now amazes me even though I know it is the norm for an area.  I have a small mobil park where I rent mobils.  Highest rent is $550 month and that is a 3 bedroom 2 bath.  What a difference a mile or two will make.  Mark
