Meditation on the Equinox

It is always fun to visit with our friends who own a ranch in cornville. This ranch has many areas you can wonder off to and be on your own. You can relax and listen to and watch the wind chimes or you can get lost in your thoughts or meditation. Anywhere you go on the ranch invites something different and energizing to see or do.

The Spring Equinox is a great time to reflect on the winter months and renew your efforts for the rest of the year. Happy Spring!

Hi James Dray , think of it like a spa. A get-away from all the bells and alarms in your head trying to tell you it is time for you to do this or that. Some people go on a hike or a walk and concentrate on the sights and sounds around them to unclutter and clear their head. Exercise is another avenue to clear out the cobwebs!
