Yesterday one of our buyer couples signed a contract to build a new patio home in South Lebanon in a community that you WON'T find on our website. Okay, technically it's NOT one of our area's typical patio home communities since this one does NOT come with lawn care service like a typical patio home. But because the sister community right across the street IS the more traditional patio home arrangement with lawn care, the exact same company can be contracted to cross the street and take care of your home too.
The HOA fee is very reasonable and since the builder is smaller, buyers can make a LOT more adjustments to the available floor plans that you do with a larger builder. And those adjustments are exactly one of the things our buyers were looking for during their patio home search! And yes, it's possible to build a new patio home for UNDER $300,000! Our buyers are getting an open floor plan, a four season room, two bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom/study, two full baths to include a walk in shower, granite counters, hardwood floors and carpet, two car garage and a number of personalizations!
The builder expects to complete the patio home in late May/early June 2017 and our buyers are already looking forward to their move!
