October stayed consistent with the overall market slow down in the Serenity Villas real estate market. The total number of homes sold remained the same as September, and is down by 67% from Oct. 2015 in The Villas. The days on market for those homes that sold decreased dramatically from September but up 14% over last year. There's one home on the market in The Villas at this time and the 12 month moving average price, $151,768 continues to edge up, 4% versus 2015, but is leveling off. Currently there are 3 homes under contract in The Villas. At this point, considering the numbers in the Anthem Parkside and Anthem Country Club we can say that there's definitely a slow down in the Anthem real estate market.
