If you are going out on New Years Eve and plan to have a drink it is well worth your while to have a designated driver. Don't know one? It would be well worth the money to pay a non drinking friend $100. to drive you on your night out.
If you are active duty military on the Minot Air Force Base there is an organization called Airman Against Drunk Driving that will give you a ride home if you give them a call. Check with your white shirt for that number.
