Silver Ranch is a master planned community in the Katy Area, it feeds into the highly acclaimed Katy Independent School District. I have sold there for 4 years. There are 2 builders in the 65 foot section David Weekley Homes and K. Hovenenian.
The last section of 65 foot lots opened late last year. If you want to live in Silver Ranch you must move quickly as there will be any more lots as the subdivision will be built out.
