Humble Olive Oils has been there for a while in the heart of the Village, since September 2014, and although I have walked by multiple times, usually on a mission, I only stopped by for the first time yesterday. Shame on me...boy, what I have been missing all this time!

Humble Olive Oils in Carlsbad

This family-owned (owner is Zac Markham) olive oil tasting room and store is bright, airy, and filled with a broad assortment of ultra-premium extra virgin olive oils from different countries and infused olive oils, all to taste before you buy.

Humble Olilve Oils Oils come in different bottle sizes, and tiny plastic cups are just right for tasting before making that big decision of which ones to take home or give as gifts.

With at least a dozen infused oils and multiple extra virgin olive oils to choose from the choice can be tough! Or keep coming back and try others you missed before!

Humble Olive Oils offers a selection of dried pastas, olives, olive oil carafes, chocolates, coffees, sauces, salts, aged Balsamic vinegars from Modena, Italy, truffle oil, honey, and more.

Jeff I love Olive Oil tasting, needless to say the price points are higher than Trader Joe's best oils, but what a treat. Funny today one of Diane's bosses had no appreciation for getting a bottle of olive oil as a holiday gift so Diane offered to take it off his hands and said Endre would appreciate it:)) so with that said I was thrilled when I got home from showing land in Malibu...Endre

I would definitely go! I have olive oil every day because I make my salads with olive oil and balsamic. It's amazing the difference between them and a store like this would not be selling some of the cheap versions I've seen.

You can't go wrong with some rich tasting olive oil! Even here on Maui there are now locally produced olive oils from the upcountry region.
