I enjoyed this post! While I don't use a multicolored pen I have a bunch of pens and use them often, and I DON'T feel guilty about writing things down as opposed to doing it all on my phone, etc. I hand write my To Do List for example.

There are things that are just easier to do with a pen, aren't there?  If things keep going the way they are in education, I fear students won't even know how to write.  Everything will be done on an electronic device.  They are already getting away from learning cursive.  I wonder how they will read historical documents.

Margaret how could we do our lists without our pens!! And I must admit at times I do write out my list on my phone - but it's not the usual manner!

You're on to something when it comes to pens, Margaret.  We don't give that important item its proper due.

Hi Margaret, My mom was an avid note taker and list maker. I never quite got ther hang and committed so much to memory. I use my smartphone calendar, address book and note app to make most of my notes. I also take photos of items rather than jot something down to remember. Most everything is filed in my Dropbox.
