Oh my gosh, we are birds of a feather, Dr. Karen Lewis, Broker 305-3231556! I do the same exact thing! Funny but, I put a lot of entries on my calendar that are reminders. My assistants share my calendar and on occasion, I'll get the text, "Okay, so who is picking up___?!" (or whatever the task is). We always get a chuckle out of it! 

LOL I have an app for that, Doug Dawes!! I use my Alexa to create lists and the best part is that each item has a little checkbox beside it that I can click when it's in my basket! Since I've started using that, I never forget my list because it's on my phone!

You know, I've heard that all my life and never really understood it until I got into this business, Beth Atalay!

You are so smart to do that, Will Hamm - it really holds us accountable to ourselves, doesn't it?

You're so right, Abby Stiller and I NEVER go to the grocery store without my list now either!

That is so true and one of the things that I learned in our CRS training too, Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP! I was astonished at how many agents don't run their business like a business when it comes to goals and plans. 

And, what a wonderful analogy - you're SO right!

Oh, that is so smart, Barbara Todaro ! We always want to know from where each lead comes - which member of your sphere, postcard mailing or listing generated the lead. The next month or quarter, hone in on the source(s).

And, you're right, it's like watching the family tree grow - your analogy is spot-on!

And, don't ever worry about 'taking up space' - I love it and so does everyone else, Barbara!

I have done that too and then wind up at the end of the quarter wondering why I didn't hone in on some of the leads that had I been watching more closely, I would have, Francine Viola!

Hi Michael Jacobs! Yes, and for me, keeping it simple is writing it down so I don't stress if I forget it! LOL

Oh, don't you hate it when you grab a basket for the 5 items on your list and you wind up having to go back and get a buggy, Endre Barath, Jr.?! I will spot something and remember that I want to try something and then wind up needing more space! It's rare that I stick solely to the list. 

I do that with my calendar too, James Dray! It's something that I KNOW I will look at each and every day so, I add more to my calendar than just 'events!'
